NoRework respects your privacy. This policy explains how personal information submitted through norework.co is handled.
Who we are
NoRework is currently a UK-based business initiative operating under the NoRework name and has not yet been incorporated as a limited company. The current operator of NoRework is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We will update this notice when the business is incorporated.
Information we collect
When you contact us, download the business brief or use the Find My Rework enquiry flow, we may collect your name, work email, company, company size, the type of support you are looking for, information you choose to provide about your business, your preferred meeting time, and attribution information such as the page you first visited, referrer and UTM campaign values when present.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand whether and how NoRework may be able to help, provide requested material, arrange conversations, prepare proposals where requested, maintain business records, understand how enquiries reach us and protect the website from misuse.
Our basis for processing
We process enquiry information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or where we have a legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries, maintaining business relationships and understanding the effectiveness of our website. Optional analytics storage is used only with your consent.
Service providers and analytics
The website is hosted using Netlify. Information submitted through website forms may be processed by Netlify as part of providing hosting and form services. Google Analytics 4 is present on the site using Consent Mode v2. Before you accept analytics, analytics storage is denied: Google Analytics does not set or read NoRework’s _ga analytics cookies or store an Analytics identifier on your device. Google may receive cookieless measurement pings. If you accept analytics, analytics storage is enabled and first-party Analytics cookies may be used.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, company names or the free-text information you submit in NoRework forms to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation are disabled in this implementation.
Where your information is processed
Netlify and Google may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where UK personal data is transferred to a country without an applicable UK adequacy decision, we rely on the safeguards used by the relevant provider, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful UK transfer mechanism. Where an applicable UK adequacy regulation or data bridge covers the transfer, that may be relied on instead.
Analytics choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics storage from the cookie banner and change your choice later using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Rejecting analytics storage does not affect your ability to use norework.co.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain relevant business records, resolve enquiries or meet legal obligations. We review retained enquiry information periodically rather than keeping it indefinitely without a business reason.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data and, where consent is the basis, to withdraw that consent. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Privacy requests
To exercise a data-protection right or ask a privacy question, email hello@norework.co with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We aim to respond without undue delay and within one month where the UK GDPR requires that timeframe, subject to any lawful extension for complex or multiple requests.
