His career has included leadership inside a 300+ person operating environment supporting more than 30 UK eLearning brands, with products and services reaching over one million learners and customers.
Why I built NoRework
I spent years working inside businesses where the hardest problems rarely stayed inside one function. A finance issue could begin in operations. A growth constraint could come from weak systems. A technology issue could really be a broken process.
I created NoRework around a simple principle: understand the whole problem, fix the cause, and build the solution properly enough that the same work does not need to be done again.
